This is a project in Chatham, NJ that started out as small interior rot exposure in the bottom left corner of a bay window unit. Once we started "exploring" we found that water had been leaking in through the exterior bottom of the window sash and over time had rotted out the entire bottom of the window sash, the entire window sill, the window seat and most of the lower moldings.
This project is a total bathroom renovation in Millburn, NJ. These pictures are of two of the four bathrooms that we will be renovating.
